The Perfect Pumpkin Bread

Seasons greetings! Okay, it's only October. But, that doesn't mean we can't start planning for the holiday baking season! One of my all time favorite fall treats is pumpkin bread., and I think I've finally come up with the perfect recipe!
(Note: The recipe listed makes three loafs)

 4 eggs
3 cups of sugar
3-1/2 cups of all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of ground allspice
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 can (15 ounces) of pumpkin puree
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
OPTIONAL 1 cup of raisins or ground nuts

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, whisk the eggs.
Then, add the pumpkin, oil, and water in the same bowl.
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. (I recommend adding all spices last)
Slowly pour the liquid ingredients into the large bowl filled with dry ingredients.
DO NOT whisk. Gently "fold" with a wooden spoon until it is all the same texture.
Pour equally into three greased loaf pans (size 8x4 inches)
Bake for 45-55 minutes (I recommend trying the "tooth pick test" at 45 minutes).
Cool for 7-10 minutes before removing from pans.
There it is! One of my favorite holiday breads! If you decide to use this recipe, tag me on your social media posts with #Colrosewil for a chance to be featured!
