Pecan Pie

The perfect pie for the holiday’s!
Pecan pie is quickly becoming my favorite my favorite holiday dessert. Easy to make, not time consuming, and perfect for even the pickiest of eaters!

1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Corn Syrup
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
 3 Eggs, Beaten
1/3 Cup Salted Melted Butter
 ½ Teaspoon of Salt
 ¾ Teaspoons of Vanilla
1 Cup of White Sugar

Get pre made pie crust unwrapped
Mix sugar, salt, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla together in a medium size bowl (NOTE: all of these ingredients need to be mixed WELL)
Pour chopped pecans in the bottom of your unbaked pie crust ( NOTE: You do not want to chop pecans too small. ¼ it’s normal size is perfect)
Pour syrup mixture from medium bowl over time evenly.
Cover the top of the pie with foil gently.
Bake pie at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, then cook for another 25 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Pie should not be overly jiggly. If it shakes a lot, put bake in the oven with foil over top for another 10-15 minutes or until there is little to no jiggle.
Let sit for 4-5 hour or overnight

    Happy Holidays!
