Aunt Kim's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Happy Quarantine Sunday! First and foremost, I hope everyone reading this is staying safe, healthy, and optimistic in regards to Covid-19. It is truly an unprecedented time in the world. If you are anything like me during quarantine, you have some free time on your hands! That's why I finally wanted to share my favorite Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe (Shout out to Aunt Kim). Extremely easy to make, tangy, and best served with Tortilla chips, crackers, and celery sticks!

Two 10 oz cans of chicken
5 oz hot sauce
Two 8 oz cream cheese
One cup of ranch
1 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Heat cream cheese, hot sauce, and drained chicken stirring consistently.
Remove from heat. Add ranch and cheese. Put in casserole dish
Bake 400 degrees F for 20 minutes OR put in a small crock-pot and heat.
The end result is an amazing, creamy dip and serves anywhere from 4- 10 people (depending on much you want to share).
      Until next time!
